Disclaimer
All items for sale on my website are made by hand, at my home studio in East Lothian, Scotland. They are therefore completely individual and unique. Because of the nature of handmade work, items you purchase may vary slightly from the photograph or description given in terms of glaze colour and measurements. All items on the website are subject to availability.
Pick Up

(Please make sure to select the 'pick up' option at check out)
I pack and send orders once a week. I run a very small pottery studio trying to do each part of the process, so please know that I will do my best to get your order out to you within 7 days , and 3-4 weeks if this is a bespoke order or private commission.
Orders are sent to you using Royal Mail and Parcelforce 48 for larger orders.
All items are packed using recycled materials often reclaimed from local businesses to lessen our environmental impact. Please reuse or pass on the packaging rather than putting it in landfill. Every effort is taken to pack your order as carefully as possible to ensure it arrives to you intact.
Please note that we currently only take online orders for delivery in the UK
Many pieces are produced in limited runs and may not be available in future
Larger pieces are not shown online and are only available direct from the workshop in East Lothian
What do you charge for UK postage and packing?
I post all goods by Royal Mail first class.
What if my pottery arrives damaged?
We expect you to receive your pottery in perfect condition but in the unlikely event of damages during transit we will be happy to replace if possible or refund these pots as long as you contact us within 2 days of receiving your item and provide images of the broken item and the box it arrived in.
If your parcel gets lost in the post we can provide you with proof of posting and you should contact the Royal Mail online or the post office. Use their claim form to get your money back for your order.
Can I return pottery?
As our pottery is handmade each piece is unique, and there will be slight variations in colour, size and design. We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase but, if for any reason you are not, please contact us upon receipt. We are happy to refund the price of any unused, undamaged pot provided that we are notified within 5 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the pottery as soon as we receive the returned item in the original packaging. We cannot refund postage costs. We would advise using a secure 'signed for' delivery service for returns.
How do I care for the pottery?
My stoneware domestic Pottery is suitable for domestic use .
